Destiny is a Midtown area based licensed nail technician who is here to satisfy all of your nail needs. Her goal is to make sure that every client leaves feeling confident in themselves and satisfied with every service. DEPOSITS * Desposits are required for services that are $100+. This deposit will be deducted from the total amount. * Deposits are non refundable and non transferable in terms of cancellation. * All other appointments only require a card on file for cancellation purposes. The card will not be charged until day of appointment unless you have another form of payment. PUNCTUALITY * You have 10 minute grace period * After 15 minutes you will have to reschedule your appointment. Please communicate with me if you are running behind. RESCHEDULING * If you need to reschedule, please do so within 24 hours of your appointment. * If you need to reschedule and have paid a deposit, your deposit will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment. * You are able to transfer them deposit to the reschedule appointment ONE TIME ONLY. CANCELLATION * Cancellations must be made AT LEAST 24 hours in advance. * I charge a 20% cancellation fee for any no-shows or same day callations. * If you paid a deposit, your deposit will not be refunded and you will be charged 20% fee for your remaining balance. * I am extremely understanding that things happen so please communicate with me if you have any emergencies that result in same day cancellations. THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING * Only acceptable forms of payment are Cash, Card, Zelle, or Venmo. NO CASH APP. * A new set of nails are required after 2 fill ins. * Destiny does not work over other salons work. If you have on product from another salon, you must book a foreign soak off. * Destiny does not put any enhancements over severely damaged nail beds, split nails, cracks on nail beds, or any inflammation or newly inhaled wounds on nail beds. If you book an enhancement and have any of the following, the service will be denied and you will be given a Natural Nail Manicure until nails are in better shape. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 20% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Payments are accepted through card, cash, Zelle, and Venomo. NO CASHAPP.
